All products are shipped discreetly in plain "brown box" packaging and do not state the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. "VR" is the title used for the return address.

We will not sell or provide your name, address or e-mail address to any company or individual nor will we send you unsolicited mail, catalogs or any other materials. Any documentation with your information that is not being used for our records will be shredded and securely disposed of.

Guarantees and Returns

We guarantee all the handcrafted products we sell to be free from defect and created with the highest quality and utmost attention to detail. We cannot accept returns unless the item is defective for any reason due to the intimate nature of the items offered.

If the merchandise is defective it will be replaced with the same item upon return of the defective item. Please write us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise in question for a return authorization, and then send your package back to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or U.P.S. (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). We are not responsible for return shipments sent uninsured.

We will not accept exchanges without an authorization number.
